These draft terms talk about the public pages at https://reforception.com. They do not govern the signed-in product at https://app.reforception.com. Access to the application, if you have it, will need its own terms. The product is in private beta and can change or be unavailable.
Using the public site
You may read these pages for information about Reforception. You may not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or present the draft legal pages as if they were final. Nothing here promises a particular feature, uptime, or business result.
Ownership
Reforception™ is the mark. Reforception LLC is the owner. Reforception™ is a trademark of Reforception LLC. The logo artwork is not modified on this site to include the trademark symbol. The symbol is set in text beside the word mark. Do not use the mark in a way that suggests sponsorship or a partnership that does not exist.
A pending trademark application does not authorize the registered trademark symbol. This site uses ™ only.
Disclaimer
The public site is provided as informational pages about software that is still being built. To the extent the law allows, and subject to whatever a reviewed agreement later says, Reforception LLC does not warrant that the site or the beta product is free of error. This sentence is a draft, not a finished limitation of liability.
